We study the space-averaged electromagnetic (EM) fields weighted by energy density in central regions of heavy-ion collisions. These average quantities can serve as a barometer for magnetic-field induced effects such magnetic effect, chiral separation effect and wave. Comparing with at geometric center collision, are smaller early stage but damp slower later stage. The space squared well EM anomaly $\mathbf{E}\ifmmode\cdot\else\textperiodcentered\fi{}\mathbf{B}$ also calculated. give parametrized analytical formulas these functions time fitting numerical results collisions collision range $7.7--200$ GeV different impact parameters.
